Audrey Bobbitt, MBA, SHRM-CP, founded CommonBond Advisory from a belief that has shaped her entire HR career: people want to feel heard, seen, and valued.

CommonBond began long before it had a name. Nearly twenty years ago, after Audrey lost her father, he asked that donations be made to a mental health organization called The Common Bond. Years later, that name returned with deeper meaning — connection, dignity, and quiet hope.

After nearly a decade in Human Resources, Audrey saw the same truth across startups and growing mid-size companies: businesses thrive when their people do. CommonBond Advisory was created to help leaders move beyond transactional HR and build healthier, clearer, more resilient workplaces.
